Even in "Corona" times, good quality, friendly and nice. Price / performance could be a bit better, otherwise a clear recommendation!

Simply the best sushi around! Have eaten somewhere else for the same price and it didn't come close! Clear recommendation ?

The very best sushi restaurant in Germany. All dishes are sooooo delicious that I could eat there every day.

SUVI is really one of the best sushi shops in Mannheim. Ordering and collecting is also no problem there. Never been unsatisfied before. I can really recommend it to everyone.

The food was good, we hadn't booked, but they had a spot for us anyway. After the main course we were asked if we knew that the place had been reserved and that we had to leave quickly. Not really welcoming

Delicious. Totally friendly service, who answered all questions about the dishes and unknown ingredients. Great atmosphere. Corona compliant. Not that cheap, but we're also talking about a sushi restaurant.

It was the best sushi I have ever got in Germany. It was tasting great and was decorated amazingly.

It tasted very good again. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated. I recommend the warm dishes, especially the curry. I think these are really extremely good. There is better sushi in Mannheim. The homemade limos are also recommended.

The food was really good. Very tasty sushi variations and curries but overall outweigh the negative impressions. The service was extremely rude and reacted cheekily to questions and requests, as a guest you didn't feel that you were in good hands.

We had dinner here yesterday (September 25) Due to traffic jams we had done 480 km for 8 hours and around 6.30 we arrived at the hotel, which is on the same street. The man behind the desk stated that the restaurant was not open that evening. So looking for a restaurant. First after little saigon, but they had a table free, which was free until 20:00. So we arrived at Suvi at 6:50 pm. There asked for a table for 2 and they had it, of course we didn't have a reservation but we were glad they had a table. We sat at the table at 18:58. It turned out to be at the passage to the toilet. Food was delicious and we could order drinks for the 2nd time. Then one of the waiters came to tell us that we had to leave because the table was reserved, so nothing was said upon entering. He also said, uh, did you order any drinks? 1 minute later he came to tell us that we still had some time, I ask: how much time? Answer: until 20:00. It was 7:35 PM then So finished the drink and settled. We were outside again in about 50 minutes. If they had just said this in advance, we would have looked a little further. Food delicious, customer service very bad.

The lunch menu was very tasty and not too expensive. The service was friendly. The place is very nice and clean. The choice of food is wide and they also have interesting drinks, not just the usual ones. Very authentic! I would go back anytime!

Just awesome. We came spontaneously and quite late and were served very well, friendly and with humor. The food and drinks were great: freshly prepared and tastefully an experience. The prices are justified given the quality delivered. The facility invites you to linger. And the location is great, especially if you come from outside: there are plenty of parking spaces nearby, right by the planetarium.

The most unfriendly restaurant in Mannheim. At the smallest child's laugh we were warned in the most unfriendly way and when a small plate (from the children's meal) fell down, the operators wanted no less than 60 € for it. The food is always excellent, the conduct of the operators and, as a rule, the kelnner is always underground. The most child-unfriendly restaurant I've ever seen. In order for them to learn, toddler groups should visit the restaurant regularly.

Everything toppi here. Friendly welcome and allocation of seats in the evening. Inside it looks very cozy, outside with a view of the capital is of course a matter of taste. Drinks and food were served quickly (we ate here before the evening hours) The various sushi offers are prepared with fresh ingredients. As usual, you can spend a nice evening here with Asian humor.

hot! So far I haven't found another place where the sushi tastes so good. It's all a bit more expensive, but that's what sushi is all about if you want good sushi. The waitresses were always very nice and helpful if you didn't know your way around. And of course it has to be said that the food is beautifully presented. A real eye-catcher! I can highly recommend it!

Super tasty food and polite and friendly staff. The duck (duck in pajamas) is a dream. Totally tender meat and a crispy crust. The sauce is awesome! We'd love to come back.

Loved the experience and the food was amazing

Personally i have gluten allergy and almost EVERY single item on the menu has some kind of allergy mark with the majority of it being gluten. So you can imagine how depressing it was watching other people all kinds of cool things whilw i sit there with a bowl of soup and some huso maki’s. But if you have no allergies (or no end to your wallet for that matter) you will find that this place is a unique experience with a lot of charm to it and many cool items on the menu that you will likely not find many other places. So recommended for “normal” people? Yes! Absoloutely! But for people with allergies? No not really. Btw the AC is really cold so be prepared.

Good food, mostly vietnamese and japanese options. When we were there, they only had a German menu so it took us quite awhile to translate everything hahahah but the boss (?) said that an english menu is coming!!

Really high quality and very tasty sushi, which is also beautifully presented. The ambiance is pleasant and modern. The quality of the food is excellent, so the prices are a bit high. Go here more often and was never disappointed. The service is nice too!

Splendid place! Single-handedly the best Sushi I've had in and around Mannheim so far. Slightly more pricy compared to other places in Mannheim, but the food tasts amazing (not simply strong in taste but well balanced), the presentation is marvelous and service + atmosphere spot on. Can recommend to anyone, especially when in search for a little bit of a special occasion.

Loved every bite! The Kamikaze is my favorite one!

Food was fine. Me and a colleague went there on a Thursday I think, had not reservations. It was pretty full just a few empty tables, a good sign, but we still got a table. Waiter seemed a little stressed and not necessarily well-trained and/or just brusque to the point of being hilarious, nearly yelling across our table and another to a group of ladies sitting in the corner, "what's the matter? Don't you like soy sauce?". It took some time before we got our menus, and then more time before he took our orders. He started with my colleague, and when it was clear that she only wanted a main course, he interrupted her and asked me "What about you? Do you want an appetizer? (I did) I have to enter the appetizers first!". After I ordered the appetizer, he interrupted me, took my colleague's main course, and then mine. Strange. Also took some time to get a check and we were never asked once if we needed anything.

For a "Modern Asian Kitchen" very average food for a rather high prices. I had the beef noodles with rice on coconut basis. The food looks good, but is missing a sprinkle of originality and unique taste. Regularly skilled person can cook the same dish at home. Maybe good for local conditions but can not compare to really modern Asian restaurant e.g. in Berlin.

Delicious food with a great menu of dishes. The sushi here tastes fantastic and they are very generous with the fish for the particular piece. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We were seated immediately and it did not take long until our food arrived. Gladly again!

Overall experience was outstanding!! It was a lunch time visit and I have to say WOW. Great service and fabulous Sushi! I definitely would have to try their dinner menu.
